Cactus® Double-Coated Heat-Activated Tapes

 

Cactus® Heat-Activated Tapes are coated with heat-activated adhesive on the open side and acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on the closed side. Heat-activated adhesive coating allows aggressive bonding to hard-to-bond surfaces such as rubber, EPDM, PU and PVC-based plastic materials. Cactus® Heat-Activated Tapes are made of different carriers; foam, film, and tissue suitable for different types of applications.

Cactus® Double-Coated Heat Activated Tape 43.0 mil
Cactus® Double Coated Foam Tape HA421 is a two-sided heat activated adhesive tape. The closed side provides high adhesion and shear strength to most unfinished surfaces with its acrylic base, and the open side has glue that is heat activated at the temperature (302°F) 150°C, that by thermal bonding forms a durable, long lasting bond to most rubber, EPDM, PU and PVC-based plastic materials. Has good resistance to solvents, chemicals, UV and heat.
